Silk Sonic: Poster Design
In the wake of the pandemic, quarantine was implemented across the globe. As a result, many musicians ceased to performances in physical locations. Many artists pivoted into a digital platform such as Instagram live shows, NPR performances, or YouTube streams. Fall of 2019, Silk Sonic made their debut. Garnering inspiration from 60s and 70s soul, they generated nostalgic music. I sought to create Silk Sonic posters for digital platforms and their 60s technological counterpart.
